Rule 191-103.15 - Violations

Failure to comply with this chapter or with Iowa Code chapter 523C as amended by 2019 Iowa Acts, Senate File 619, shall be deemed a violation which shall subject a person or entity to the procedures and penalties set forth in Iowa Code chapter 523C as amended by 2019 Iowa Acts, Senate File 619.
