Rule 185-4.3 - Local ordinances permitted

The foregoing rules shall in no way be construed as to prevent any county, city or town from adopting ordinances or regulations, which are more restrictive, governing licensed establishments within their jurisdiction.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 123.39.
