Rule 161-3.33 - Conclusion of investigation

Following the conclusion of a tier two investigation, staff may issue an investigative report that may include findings of fact and legal analysis. The report will result in one or more of the following:

1. An investigative closure,

2. A probable cause or no probable cause recommendation to an administrative law judge, or

3. A no jurisdiction determination.
