Rule 161-15.1 - Partial invalidity

If any provision of commission rules shall be held invalid, the remainder of the rules shall not be affected thereby. The invalidity of any of the rules with respect to a particular person or under particular circumstances shall not affect their application to other persons or different circumstances.
