Rule 11-105.13 - Master agreements available to governmental subdivisions

(1) Contracts entered into by the department may be extended to, and made available for the use of, other governmental entities as defined in Iowa Code Supplement section 8A.101.

(2) The department shall provide a list of current master agreements to a governmental subdivision upon request. The list may be provided in an electronic format. A governmental subdivision may request a copy of a specific master agreement. The department may provide the master agreement in an electronic format and assess a copying charge when a printed copy is requested.
