Section 925 IAC 2-6-2 - Points of order and procedure; chair's authority

Sec. 2.

The chair, subject to IC 36-7-11.2 and IC 4-21.5, shall decide all points of order or procedure unless otherwise directed by a majority of the commission present and voting at the meeting.
