Section 925 IAC 2-3-1 - Petition for a zoning variance, zoning ordinance adoption, or amendment

Sec. 1.

The petitioner for any zoning variance, zoning ordinance adoption, or amendment shall file with the chair an original and nine (9) complete copies of the petition with all exhibits.
