Section 925 IAC 2-2-2 - Notice of special meetings

Sec. 2.

Written notice of a special meeting is not required if the time of the special meeting is fixed at a previous regular meeting. However, notice shall be posted on the public notice bulletin board in the lobby of the Indianapolis Marion County City-County Building.
