Section 920 IAC 1-1-23 - Approval of construction and use of nearby realty

Sec. 23.

No construction, remodeling, lease, occupancy or use of any such real estate shall be made prior to approval of saidCommission in conformity to the Acts of 1920, Chapter 50, and Acts of 1957, Chapter 218 of the Indiana General Assembly, andthese rules [920 IAC].
