Section 920 IAC 1-1-21 - Application for proposed construction or use

Sec. 21.

Such approval shall be procured by filing an application with such Commission, together with plans andspecifications, setting forth in detail such proposed construction, lease, occupancy or use to which such real estate shall be used.
