Section 910 IAC 1-8-2 - Venue

Sec. 2.

It is the policy of the commission to maintain an objective neutral forum equally accessible to all participants in the proceeding before the commission. In order to preserve this policy, hearings shall be held in Indianapolis unless otherwise ordered by the commission.
