Section 905 IAC 1-9-5 - Penalties

Sec. 5.

Penalties. Permittees who fail to keep their premises in accordance with the rules of the Bureau of Food and Drugs of the Indiana State Board of Health are liable to penalties that may be imposed under the public health laws, and also shall be subject to suspension or revocation of their permit.
