Section 905 IAC 1-8-6 - Change of employment; surrender of permit; notification

Sec. 6.

If a licensed salesman changes employment to another permittee, he shall notify the commission within fifteen (15) days. Failure to notify the commission within the specified time shall make the salesman ineligible for the issuance of any kind of alcoholic beverage permit for a definite period to be determined by the commission.
