Sec. 9.1.
(a) A primary source of supply or wholesaler may furnish, or give a sample of, alcoholic beverages to a retailer or dealer who has not previously purchased the brand from that primary source of supply or wholesaler for a period of one (1) year. For each retail establishment, the primary source of supply or wholesaler may not give more than:(1) three (3) gallons of any brand of beer;(2) three hundred seventy-five (375) milliliters of any brand of liquor; and(3) three (3) liters of any brand of wine.(b) If a particular product is not available in a size within the quantity limitations of this section, a primary source of supply or wholesaler may furnish to a retailer or dealer another single container size.
