Sec. 10.

Newspaper cuts, mats, or other suitable advertising materials for use in retailers' or dealers' advertisements may be furnished, given, rented, loaned, or sold by a primary source of supply or wholesaler to a retailer or dealer selling the primary source of supply's or wholesaler's alcoholic beverages.
