Sec. 2.
A primary source of supply's or wholesaler's acquisition of a mortgage on any of the real or personal property a retailer or dealer uses in its alcoholic beverage business is a prohibited interest in the retailer's or dealer's property, except to the extent a lien or other security interest is acquired to secure payment of goods sold on credit if such credit is permissible under IC 7.1.
