Section 905 IAC 1-48-2 - Sale to minors prohibited

Sec. 2.

Any e-liquid or nicotine product, including nonrefillable sealed cartridge electronic cigarettes, sold for use in Indiana may not be sold to anyone less than eighteen (18) years of age.
