Section 905 IAC 1-44-1 - Revocation of denied permit

Sec. 1.

In the case of denial, as referred to in 905 IAC 1-36-9(a), the commission's order shall include an immediate revocation of a permittee's permit if the denial is for the renewal of an existing permit.
