Section 905 IAC 1-43.1-6 - Processing of applications; investigation of applicants

Sec. 6.

The issuance and renewal of the gaming site permit shall follow the procedures set forth in IC 7.1 and this title for retailers in the filing, processing, and investigation of the propriety of the applicant and the licensed premises for the alcoholic beverage permit.
