Section 905 IAC 1-42-7 - Written notice of decision

Sec. 7.

(a) The superintendent, or the superintendent's designee, shall give an enforcement officer written notice of any dismissal, demotion, or suspension.

(b) A written notice of dismissal, demotion, or suspension that is issued to a nonprobationary officer shall include a statement of the cause for the discipline imposed.
