Sec. 5.
The Indiana alcoholic beverage commission may at any time order a primary source of supply, wholesaler, retailer, dealer, or salesman, or agents or representatives thereof, attempting to advertise or advertising alcoholic beverages on his permit premises, to discontinue immediately if in the judgment of the Indiana alcoholic beverage commission such advertising is in conflict with this rule or other provisions of the law. Any violation of this section shall be subject to the violation provisions of the Indiana alcoholic beverage commission.
