Section 905 IAC 1-35-4 - Restaurant required

Sec. 4.

(a) The sports arena must maintain a restaurant which meets the minimum food requirements of IC 7.1 and this title. The restaurant must be open and the service of food available at all times when alcoholic beverages are being dispensed anywhere upon the licensed premises.

(b) Minors shall not loiter in the restaurant as defined in IC 7.1 and this title.
