Sec. 6.
Group purchasing agreements and group purchasing agreement premises floor plans, including any amendments, deletions, or additions thereto, shall be filed with the commission. Copies of all group purchasing agreements must be kept by all parties to such agreement, as well as wholesalers making sales under such agreements, so long as such agreements are in force. Group purchasing agreements located in the office of the commission shall be available for public inspection during the commission's regular business hours.
