Section 905 IAC 1-29-3 - Package alcoholic beverages; restrictions on floor space used for sale

Sec. 3.

The total floor space area for the sale and display of package alcoholic beverages shall not exceed one-fourth (1/4) of the total floor space area of the licensed premises or three hundred (300) square feet, whichever is the lesser area.
