Section 905 IAC 1-26-2 - Need for letter of extension

Sec. 2.

For purposes of IC 7.1-4-1-43, it shall be presumed that the need for a letter of extension is occasioned by an act or omission of the permittee when a permittee files an application for renewal of a permit with insufficient time for the commission to process the application prior to the expiration of the permit.
