Section 905 IAC 1-14-3 - Hearing procedure

Sec. 3.

The hearing shall be before the Commission as a whole with the Chairman presiding. Except as herein stated, Regulation No. 2 [ 905 IAC 1-2 was repealed filed Feb 20, 1991, 5:05 p.m.: 14 IR 1454.], Hearing Procedure, shall be in force at said hearing.
