Sec. 1.
(a) The definitions in this section apply throughout this rule.(b) "Certified training program" means the following:(c) "In-house training provider" refers to a third party that has been approved by the commission to conduct a server program for its employees only.(d) "Master certified trainer" refers to designated employees of the commission that are responsible for trainer certification.(e) "Program director" means the person responsible for implementing and maintaining certified training programs on behalf of a training provider or in-house training provider.(f) "Refresher server program" means a course designed to update server certificate holders on the: (3) consumption; of alcoholic beverages as mandated by IC 7.1-3-1.5-13(a)(2).(g) "Refresher trainer program" means a course designed to update trainer certificate holders on the: (3) consumption; of alcoholic beverages as mandated by IC 7.1-3-1.5-9.(h) "Restricted alcohol server" means a person at least nineteen (19) years of age but less than twenty-one (21) years of age who complies with the provisions of IC 7.1-5-7-13(3).(i) "Training provider" refers to a third party described in IC 7.1-3-1.5-5.5 that has been approved by the commission to conduct: (3) both a trainer program and a server program.Alcohol and Tobacco Commission; 905 IAC 1-12.5-1; filed Dec 18, 2000, 9:52 a.m.: 24 IR 1354; readopted filed Sep 18, 2007, 3:42 p.m.: 20071010-IR-905070191RFA; filed Sep 29, 2009, 3:16 p.m.: 20091028-IR-905090198FRAReadopted filed 11/16/2015, 2:55 p.m.: 20151216-IR-905150254RFAReadopted filed 8/25/2021, 9:24 a.m.: 20210922-IR-905210227RFA
