The following fees apply to all registered environmental health specialists and applicants:

| Examination or reexamination | Applicant's cost to examination service to purchase the examination |
| Registration renewal (July 31 of odd-numbered years) | $35 |
| Verification of registration | $10 |
| Duplicate registration certificate | $10 |
