Section 879 IAC 1-1-7 - "Mobile home" defined

Sec. 7.

"Mobile home" means a dwelling, including the equipment sold as part of the dwelling, that:

(1) is factory assembled;

(2) is transportable;

(3) is intended for year-round occupancy;

(4) is designed for transportation on its own chassis; and

(5) was manufactured before June 15, 1976.
