Sec. 5.
(a) The board may require additional evidence demonstrating the licensee's compliance with the continuing education requirements of this rule. This additional evidence shall be required in the context of a random audit. It is the responsibility of the licensee to verify that the continuing education hours obtained to meet the continuing education required for the renewal of his or her license have been approved by the board. It is the responsibility of the licensee to retain or otherwise produce evidence of compliance.(b) The board may perform random audits of approved continuing education providers to ensure compliance with this rule.
