Section 878 IAC 1-4-3 - Course records

Sec. 3.

Each approved provider offering approved courses must maintain records of students who successfully complete and pass the course of study for a minimum of five (5) years. The records must include attendance records, examination score records, and duplicate copies of completion certificates or the ability to reproduce duplicate completion certificates.
