Section 876 IAC 7-5-5 - Course qualifications

Sec. 5.

(a) All courses must be instructional and contribute to professional competence in the practice of real estate by being designed to directly enhance the broker's knowledge and skill in providing real estate services.

(b) The following courses do not qualify:

(1) Examination preparation.

(2) Sales meetings.

(3) In-house training sessions.

(4) Correspondence.

(5) Motivational classes or seminars.
