Section 876 IAC 6-1-1 - Scope

Sec. 1.

(a) This rule and 876 IAC 6-2 through 876 IAC 6-5 establish requirements for the education of applicants for licensure as a broker and establish requirements for broker courses under IC 25-34.1-5.

(b) The definitions in this rule apply throughout this article.
