Section 876 IAC 2-1-5 - "School director" defined

Sec. 5.

"School director" means the individual responsible for real estate school administrative matters such as program development, scheduling of classes, advertising, maintaining facilities and equipment, recordkeeping, and general supervision of the instructional program.
