Section 876 IAC 2-1-1 - Scope

Sec. 1.

(a) This article establishes requirements for the education and examination of applicants for licensure as salespersons and brokers and establishes requirements for salesperson and broker courses pursuant to IC 25-34.1-5.

(b) The definitions in this rule apply throughout this article.
