Section 874 IAC 1-1-3 - Renewal of license

Sec. 3.

(a) All licenses issued by the board expire on October 1, 2011, and every four (4) years from that date.
(b) It is the responsibility of the licensee to notify the Indiana professional licensing agency of an address change.
