Section 868 IAC 1.1-11-0.5 - "Professional relationship" defined

Sec. 0.5.

As used in this rule, "professional relationship" means a mutually agreed upon relationship between a psychologist and a client for the purpose of utilizing the psychologist's professional expertise.
