Sec. 1.
This document [rule] implements IC 25-1-1.1-6 regarding convictions of concern, which may disqualify an individual for registration by the Indiana board of registration for professional engineers, and includes in section 4 of this document [rule] an explicit list of convictions of concern that may disqualify an individual from receiving a registration.
