Section 860 IAC 2-1-2 - Supervision

Sec. 2.

An apprentice plumber is not under the direction and immediate supervision of a licensed plumbing contractor or licensed journeyman plumber unless such supervisor is physically present on the project while the apprentice is performing plumbing work.
