Section 860 IAC 1-4-1 - Advertising for plumbing services

Sec. 1.

(a) As used in IC 25-28.5-1-35(b), "written or printed advertising for plumbing services" includes, but is not limited to, the following:

(1) Directories.

(2) Periodicals.

(3) Newspaper entries.

(4) Signs.

(5) Circulars.
