Section 860 IAC 1-2-1 - "Maintenance" defined

Sec. 1.

The work of a "maintenance man" as described in IC 25-28.5-1-32(7) shall include anyone whose full-time work shall include repair of present operational plumbing systems. However, "maintenance" shall not include the installation of any nonexistent plumbing system nor shall it include remodeling of an existing plumbing system where the number of faucets, toilets, bathtubs, fountains, or other devices affecting the flow of water are increased beyond the original system.
