Section 860 IAC 1-1-11 - Licensed out-of-state applicants; certification of licensure required

Sec. 11.

An individual who is licensed in another state and who applies for admission to the examination under IC 25-28.5-1-12(d)(1), or licensure by reciprocity under IC 25-28.5-1-12(e) and IC 25-28.5-1-19, shall submit certification of licensure from the licensing authority in the other state.
