Section 856 IAC 1-36-4 - Period of time

Sec. 4.

The board shall grant a temporary variance for a period of no more than six (6) months. Any person who receives a temporary variance shall submit to the board a written report of the effects of the demonstration project at the midpoint and at the conclusion of the temporary variance.
