Section 856 IAC 1-32-3 - Patient's right to transfer prescriptions

Sec. 3.

A pharmacist may not legally refuse to transfer a patient's prescription or prescription information except when to do so would be against the professional judgment of the pharmacist in the manner provided for under IC 25-26-13-16.
