Sec. 16.
When sterile pharmaceuticals are provided to home care patients, the dispensing pharmacy may supply the nurse with emergency drugs, if the treating physician has authorized the use of such drugs by a protocol, for use in an emergency situation, e.g., anaphylactic shock.
