Section 856 IAC 1-29-6 - Data entry; supervision

Sec. 6.

When electronic data processing equipment is utilized in any pharmacy, input of drug information shall be performed by a pharmacist or under the immediate and personal supervision of a pharmacist. The pharmacist must certify the accuracy of the information entered and verify the prescription or drug order.
