Section 856 IAC 1-1.1-1 - Adoption of definitions

Sec. 1.

All terms which are defined in IC 25-26-13-2 shall have the same meanings as they are so defined when used in the rules and regulations of the Indiana board of pharmacy found in Article 1 of Title 856 of the Indiana Administrative Code.
