Sec. 1.
A practitioner has a duty and responsibility in the establishment of an office for the practice of optometry to maintain the following:
(1) A sign clearly visible to the public indicating the name or names of all practitioners practicing at that location. The minimum requirements on the sign are the practitioner's name and O.D. or optometrist. The sign may contain information to identify the area of practice within optometry, including low vision, contact lenses, family practice optometry, pediatric optometry, geriatric optometry, sports vision, industrial vision, or other optometric specialties.
