Section 852 IAC 1-1.1-2.5 - Applicability

Sec. 2.5.

This rule establishes the requirements concerning the applications and fees for issuance or renewal of the following:

(1) Licenses for optometrists.

(2) Certificates for optometrists to administer, dispense, and prescribe legend drugs as provided for under IC 25-24-3.
