Sec. 8.
In the event any nurse-midwife fails to complete the renewal process on or before October 31 of odd-numbered years, he or she shall be required to pay a delinquent fee to be determined by the board in addition to the fees prescribed in section 7 of this rule for each year that the limited license is delinquent.
